The neighbourhood has a good mix of locals and international people, so you won’t stick out as a foreigner. It’s a genuine Swedish way of living. So about the property – first, I should say it’s not a brand new place, this was built originally back in 1939. People usually appreciate the sturdy construction, there are plenty of original features left. Condition-wise, it’s good, you won’t walk into a long list of repairs, but of course older homes always offer a few small jobs for the new owner.
