### The House and Its 1,610 m² Garden
The plot is the main attraction. The house stands at the edge of the small residential park 'Kagelinksbos', between Diepenheim and Hengevelde, with mature trees on one side and open fields on the other. The garden is laid out for low maintenance, which matters when you only visit part of the year. You get the woodland feel without a weekly battle with the lawn.
The terrace looks over the trees and the countryside beyond. It is the kind of spot where you drink your morning coffee with no traffic in earshot. The land is held in full ownership. There is also a detached garage or shed of about 13 m² with a pitched roof, plus an attached carport for the car, bikes and garden tools.
